I haven't photographed a couple without kids since this summer. So when Sonja (my girlfriend from the gym) contacted me I was super excited! The morning of the session I had way too many locations I wanted to take them too. So I rote them down and decided to start at the ones I was most excited about. Marilyn was our first stop!
I've seen this wall for years and every time I drive by (not often) I think, I should photograph that. Well it was totally worth the wait! We got a few different photos from a few different angles and I love them all. Plus they were the perfect couple for it!..
Out of the new locations I have to say only one spot was a disappointment. I've noticed these sunflowers growing in downtown Phoenix. I thought it might be a cool sunset photo... It just didn't work... Sometimes that happens, and thats when you just delete!.. But right after that Sonja asked if we could get a graffiti wall photo. The sun was setting and we needed to hurry, I didn't know how they would turn out with a flash. Thankfully we got several photos and never had to use my flash!
