I am asking my friends, family, community and readers to help me reach a very high self imposed goal in 33 days. I have committed to raising $5,000. for charity (click here to donate). On my part I will be competing in Fight Gone Bad, one of the most brutal workouts on the Crossfit menu. I'm asking that you support me and make a hearty donation to help the following charities, LIVESTRONG, Wounded Warrior Project and The Crossfit Foundation (for more information contact: [email protected]). I have also posted some information on the charities at the bottom of this post. You are invited to come to the workout and watch to really get your moneys worth. Click here to donate
I consider myself a beginner in the Crossfit Program. I've never done this workout before but I am not expecting it will be easy. I hear they have a pukey award so I have a feeling it's going to be a rough 17 minutes. Click here to donate
This is will only be the first time you hear about my need for your help for this goal. So please help, before you get the call from me personally. It's for a great cause and asking for money isn't any fun (don't make me call you)... I need to raise $151.51 a day for the next 33 days. I need 100 people to give me $50 to reach this goal. Or 250 people to give me $20. Or one person to give me $5000. Click here to donate.
Let the games begin!
