Day 177: Success

This was the third day Presley went looking for a map turtle at the boat house.  Earlier she got so excited she forgot she wasn't wearing a swimsuit and jumped in after the turtle.  After running home to change we returned and she successfully caught a medium size map turtle.  He almost did not fit in our jar.  After examining him for a few minutes we let him go...  Now we are on the hunt for a snapping turtle!

As luck would have it I have a great friend in AZ that has a family reunion every summer about 15 minutes from our place in Silver Bay.  This was the second summer we were able to meet up.

We are very lucky to have such a great community of friends both here and in AZ.  We are so happy that we have so many people to share our life with.

We wish we could of spent more time in Rhode Island- we had such a great time!  However, we were so excited to get to our beloved summer home and friends.  Not to mention I wouldn't mind having a home base- living out of a suitcase is hard work.
