April of this year, two of Mark's childhood friends and their daughter were in the earthquake that devastated Ecuador, hundreds were killed and the beautiful life Alan and Cathy created was turned upside down in minutes. Alan and Cathy were seriously injured but miraculously their daughter was o.k. You can read more of their truly devastating story here.
On this day, the town in which they all (Mark, Alan and Cathy) grew up in, came together in support of them. In the recent weeks we have been receiving news of progress and hope (the great thing about social media). They are on the road to recovery and have continued to be courageous and upbeat one cannot help be admire their courage and love.
I thought I was smiling... Anyway, we were flashing Alan's signature move!
